Put Your New Year's Resolutions to Work at Work
With so much of your week devoted to work, setting work-related goals for the New Year could translate into a big improvement in happiness and quality of life. Here are some of our office resolution recommendations:
1. Get in shape.
Wax employees Natasha, Jozy and Darrin have been taking the stairs up to the office (and we’re on the 13th floor!). If you weigh around 150 pounds, in 10 minutes you can burn about 100 calories by skipping the elevator. If stairs aren’t your thing, designate the non-sitting part of your lunch break to walking around the neighborhood.
