The people at Significant Objects believe that every thing can tell a compelling story–even the image on the left. That’s why they’ve partnered with Smith Magazine to offer a Six-Word Story challenge about the image attached to this blog (no hints from me). Although it’s in the tradition of Ernest Hemingway’s “For Sale: baby shoes, never worn” truncation, this contest seems fitting in the 140-characters-or-less culture that exists today. So if you’re well-versed in less verse, submit your suggestion here. If it’s selected, your prize money will be determined by the eBay bids for the object of your creativity.
